About Ben Carnes

If you live in Westfield, Indiana, you will probably recognize him. He’s an educator, a former Westfield High School football coach, and a mental performance coach. He played football and baseball at Westfield High School, and after college, returned as a teacher and coach in the district for over fifteen years.

He and his wife, Carmen, have bought and sold several homes of their own in Westfield over the past few years, so he understands both the buyer and seller perspectives. He has renovated and flipped houses and has insight into the lucrative rental markets surrounding Grand Park. He has recently taken his real estate experience to a new level by taking on the role of a general contractor during the construction of his new home in Westfield, which is a challenging role.
