He is on the technical side of the Wilson team. Besides being a successful Real Estate Agent with over 16 years of experience and hundreds of sales, he is an electrical engineer, a general contractor, and an avid house flipper. He is a seasoned investor, a numbers guy, and an all-around problem solver. He is a guy who enjoys getting his hands dirty and loves a challenge. If anything complicated comes up during a home inspection, or if you have specific questions about renovation, structural issues, the value of specific upgrades, or if you just need someone to walk a property with you before listing or purchasing for sound advice on condition and value, he is your guy.

 

Since he does general contracting, he has contacts throughout the trades, from flooring, framing, drywall, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and cabinetry. He not only knows who to call for the best prices, but he also has those skills himself, so he knows how to size up a job to make sure it is done correctly. If you are building, he will walk the property with you, attend your pre-drywall inspections, and, whether you are building or not, he will guide you through the inspection reports and make you feel comfortable that any issues or concerns that you have are going to be resolved in the right manner.
