About Debra Wilson

She is the founding member of the Wilson Team and a long-term Real Estate Agent. She cut her teeth in real estate in the fast-paced real estate market of Central Florida. Afterward, she started her career as a real estate appraiser and later moved into new home sales, selling in some of the most prestigious neighborhoods around Orlando. And, using these skills, she became a consultant for investors looking for properties in Orlando’s up-and-coming areas.

 

She has been selling homes in Northern Indianapolis since 1998, starting with new home sales in Carmel, Westfield, Brownsburg, and Zionsville. Transitioning to a full-time real estate agent in 2005, she started out at Century 21, then FC Tucker, and now Keller Williams. She started the Wilson Team in 2006 after being joined by her husband, Jeff. Since then, she has won numerous awards, including the Builder’s Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) Rookie of the Year award, and has consistently been a top real estate producer.

 

She was the first among Carmel Indiana Real Estate Agents to be accredited in home staging, and she is licensed in both Indiana and Florida and spends her spare time scouring the market for investment opportunities. Her combined sales are more than $300 million, with close to 1,000 former and current clients.
